My solution was to simply create a new empty cell by hand, move hibernate 3 and jpa into this cell and then move the new cell beside ibatis and the others. So the architecture shows clearly that e.g. ibatis does not depend on hibernate 3. It would be great if structure 101 could do this automatically. But I do not know if this is possible.&lt;/p&gt;
